He currently serves as the Head of Strategic Planning, Resource Mobilization, and Partnerships at the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat in Accra, Ghana. With an impressive career spanning multiple high-level roles, including leadership positions at the AUC and IGAD, Mr. Muhanad has a proven track record in developing and implementing long-term strategies and fostering partnerships across the African continent and globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He holds a Master\u2019s degree in Energy Economics &amp; Policy from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics from Northeastern University. His academic and professional journey has taken him to 12 different countries, enhancing his multicultural fluency and language proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.
