It has been implementing the fortnightly virtual meetings of ECHO in the region and supporting advocacy and consultations with Member States to ensure that public health interventions in the region are coordinated and better integrated. The RCC is involved in supporting response to disease outbreaks and other public health emergencies in Eastern Africa.
